You know that exact moment around this time of year when the air turns crisp, the days get shorter, and it suddenly hits you that the holidays are right around the corner? Yep, that is where we are now ahahah.
That wonderful, slightly frantic mix of pure seasonal excitement and early holiday rush has officially arrived.
For me, this is hands down the most magical time of the year. There is something truly special about knowing a small piece of vintage silver, whether it is a handcrafted miniature, a quirky collectible, or a timeless decorative treasure, is going to end up wrapped under someone's tree, ready to bring a big smile on Christmas morning.
Being even a tiny part of your holiday memories never gets old.
That said, let us be real for a second: behind the scenes, it is an absolute whirlwind! Juggling eight online storefronts all at once, with hundreds upon hundreds of unique pieces that need cataloging, photographing, detailing, and packing securely enough to survive any mail carrier, is a whole workout.
Between cotton gloves to avoid fingerprints, mountains of shipping labels, and keeping track of inventory down to the wire, my days have turned into a full on holiday elf operation. The seasonal stress is definitely creeping in, but the excitement and love for what I do easily win out every time.
