Vintage Italian Handmade Genuine Gilded Silver Beaker Hand Chased Floral Design Il Leone Firenze Florence Tuscany

A refined and substantial piece, this vintage Italian beaker embodies the elegance of Florentine silverwork with its richly decorated surface and luminous gilded interior. Handcrafted in Florence during the 1970s to 1980s by the renowned silversmith Il Leone, it reflects a tradition where technique and artistry come together at a very high level.

The exterior is entirely hand worked, creating a textured surface that catches the light with depth and movement. The olive branch motif adds a layer of symbolism, traditionally associated with peace, abundance, and Mediterranean heritage. Inside, the generous gilding provides both visual warmth and functional refinement, a classic feature in fine Italian silverware.

This is not just a decorative object but a true example of artisanal craftsmanship, with a weight and presence that immediately set it apart from lighter or mass produced pieces.
